Is Touchmatik product made in India?
Touchmatik products are designed, developed, manufactured, and serviced in India at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pune (Maharashtra), which has 200+ employees working.
What solutions do Touchmatik have, If any one has mechanical switches installed?
Touchmatik have two options, either you can continue using the same mechanical switches and Touchmatik will provide you the electronics that fits behind the mechanical switch box so that you can operate your switches by a Remote or App or by Voice command.
The second option is, you can use Touchmatik smart touch switches using the existing wiring.
How many maximum switches are on the single board?
You can connect a maximum of 16 touch switches with 15 loads in 8 to 12 module concealed boxes.
What are the standard sizes?
The concealed boxes produced by any manufacturer are compatible with Touchmatik standard modules, for Example: 2M, 3M, 4M, 6M, 8M, and 12M. Switchboard combinations can also be made in 12M and 18M. There is a provision for sockets, which can be customized as per requirements.
Do Touchmatik switches operate when there is low voltage?
Touchmatik switches functions between 90 to 270 volts AC supply. On the other hand, if there are unregulated power supply inputs, the touch switch acts strangely
How much load Touchmatik touch switches can take?
The switches operate with the relay, through that, you can connect...
a) Relay Load up to 16A 230V AC (Other manufacturers provides only up to 5A to 7A)
b) Dimmer Load - up to 100Watt, 230VAC, leading edge phase cut TRIAC dimming.
c) Fan Load - up to 100Watt, RC based Humming free fan regulation.
d) Curtain Motor up to 150Watt.
